Conditions Relating to the Sale of Products to You
This section deals with conditions relating to the sale of products by Rocketrights.net to you.
10. Our contract
When you place an order to purchase a product from Rocketrights.net, we will send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order. Your order represents an offer to us to purchase a product which is accepted by us when we send you the e-mail confirming receipt of your order..
1. Rocketrights.net do not represent or guarantee that any service provided by the website will be free from loss corruption attack viruses interferences hacking or other security intrusions and Rocketrights.net disclaims any liability relating thereto.
2. User may cancel their order at any time prior to the order being dispatched by emailing Rocketrights.net quoting user’s name, address and order reference number.
3. All orders made by you are subject to your acceptance by these conditions.
4. Orders for products are subject to stock availability and acceptance by Rocketrights.net of your order. Rocketrights.net is under no obligation to accept any customer order.
5. Rocket Rights will deliver to the address specified by you. In the event of non-delivery where the goods are returned to us please see point ii and iii in the Returns Policy below. Please note that we strongly recommend that you DO NOT specify a work place as a delivery address.
11. Returns Policy
If you are not happy with your Rocket Rights items please return them to us within 14 days. We will be happy to make an exchange or a refund providing the items are returned, complete, in perfect condition and in their original packaging.
For all returns, except where the item is faulty, you will be required to arrange and pay for the return of the products to us. Please return to:-

When returning items you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. We will only refund or provide and exchange for the costs of postage where the item returned is faulty.
Our fourteen (14) day returns policy: Without prejudice to your statutory legal rights which remain unaffected, we operate the following returns and refunds policies:
(i) Damaged or defective goods: in the unlikely event that you receive products which are damaged or defective, we shall, at our own option, either replace or repair any damaged or defective products, or refund to you the amount you paid for the products in question (including the postage and packing you were charged) PROVIDED THAT you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 14 working days of delivery of the products and that you return the products in the same condition that you received them;
(ii) Our mistake: If items are not delivered due to a mistake on our part you will be completely refunded, or sent the package again without extra charge; whichever you prefer. Please note that when you place your order, a label is automatically generated from the address you type into your shipping details, so you are responsible for getting this right. Please note that we strongly recommend that you DO NOT specify a work place as a delivery address. Rocket Rights will not be held responsible for packages that go missing in these circumstances. If we accidentally send you items that you did not order, we will refund you for them and also for the cost of the outgoing postage and packing on those individual items, once you send them back to us;
(iii) Your mistake: If items are not delivered because you gave us incorrect/insufficient information, or because your post office was unable to deliver the package because there was no-one to receive it and/or no-one came to collect it from the sorting office, Rocket Rights will re-send the package only if the original item is returned to us but you will have to pay the P&P charge again;
Your statutory rights are not affected by the returns policy set out in this clause.
12. Pricing and availability
Please note that dispatch estimates are just that. They are not guaranteed dispatch times and should not be relied upon as such. As we process your order, we will inform you by e-mail if any products you order are unavailable.
We verify prices as part of our ordering procedures. If a products correct price is lower than our stated price, we charge the lower amount and send you the product. If a product's correct price is higher than our stated price, we will, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions before dispatch or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation.
13. Delivery charges
We use fast and cost effective methods to ensure efficient delivery of your order. We constantly review our carriers and our delivery rates to ensure we can offer a great delivery service at a competitive price.
Delivery will take place between Monday and Saturday.

14. Customs
When ordering goods from Rocketrights.net for delivery overseas you may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are levied once the package reaches the specified destination. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so you should contact your local customs office for further information. Additionally, please note that when ordering from Rocketrights.net, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the country in which you are receiving the goods. Your privacy is important to us and we know that you care about how information about your order is used and shared. We would like our international customers and customers dispatching products internationally to be aware that cross-border deliveries are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities.
15. Payment and Taxes
You warrant that all details that you provide to website for the purposes of ordering or purchasing products or services are correct and that the credit or debit card you use is your own and there is sufficient funds to cover the costs of the products or services ordered. If there are any changes to the details supplied by you it is your responsibility to inform Rocket Rights Limited as soon as possible.
We accept online payment in a secure environment by credit card. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Switch, Solo, Amex and Electron. Prices quoted on this website are inclusive of any relevant taxes; in the UK for all orders placed directly via the website or Australian for orders placed with cheques. See point 14 for additional information relating to customer or import duties.
16. Conformity of Goods
We take every care to ensure that the description and specification of our products are correct and accurately described on the website and when going to press. However, while the colour reproduction of the products is a close representation, we cannot accept any responsibility for any variation on colour caused by the browser software or computer system used by you.

17. Credit Card Security
Rocket Rights Limited uses the Barclaycard Business secure online service for our card payment authorisation. When you make a purchase from our website and proceed to checkout you are directed to the Barclaycard Business ePDQ CPI, a secure payment environment where you can pay by credit or debit card. The Barclaycard Business ePDQ CPI automates and completes the transaction in full.
18. Children
Rocketrights.net does not sell products for purchase by children. If you are under 18, you may use Rocketrights.net only with the involvement of a parent or guardian.
19. Electronic communications
When you visit Rocketrights.net or send e-mails to us, you are communicating with us electronically. We communicate with you by e-mail or by posting notices on the website. For contractual purposes, you consent to receive communications from us electronically and you agree that all agreements, notices, disclosures and other communications that we provide to you electronically satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing. This condition does not affect your statutory rights.
20. Losses
We are not responsible for any injury, loss, claim, damage, or any direct, incidental or consequential damages of any kind (including but not limited to lost profits, lost savings or revenue, or loss or corruption of data or information) which arises out of or is in any way connected with your use of the website. However, nothing in the these terms shall exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury resulting from our negligence or that of our servants, agents or employees.
Rocketrights.net does not limit in any way our liability by law for death or personal injury caused from our negligence or breach of duty.
21. Alteration of Service or Amendments to the Conditions
We reserve the right to make changes to our website, policies, and these Conditions of Use & Sale at any time. Wherever we make any change to these items, we will notify you by putting a notice on the website’s homepage. You will be subject to the policies and Conditions of Conditions of Use & Sale in force at the time that you use the website or that you order goods from us, unless any change to those policies or these conditions is required to be made by law or government authority (in which case it will apply to orders previously placed by you). If any of these conditions is deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that condition will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition.
